NAPA awards Utah shop AutoCare Center of the Year

Sandy, Utah—McNeil’s AutoCare in Sandy and Riverton, Utah, has been named the 2020 NAPA AutoCare Center of the Year. Owner Pete McNeil and his team built a reputation for the highest customer service, NAPA AutoCare reported.

McNeil and Master Technician Jake Sorensen were instrumental in helping NAPA AutoCare launch the National Apprentice Program, a program that will change the way members find and hire technicians and address the technician shortage the industry is facing.

“Since 1982, McNeil’s AutoCare has provided the very best customer care, as well as establishing a reputation of doing superior quality work in the automotive industry. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is exemplified by their many achievements and accreditation’s which includes being ranked No. 1 in customer satisfaction by AAA, a top 2 percent performing tow company, and a nationally recognized facility out of 1,146 contract stations,” said Brad Christianson, district manager, NAPA Salt Lake City.
