MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers welcomes industry veteran into strategic role

Susan Pase’s expertise lies in navigating industry trends, formulating strategies and increasing customer engagement for the automotive aftermarket and original equipment sectors

Research Triangle Park, N.C.—MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers has announced it is retaining the services of Susan Pase, MAAP, of S. Pase Enterprises LLC. In this agreement, Pase will work closely with several MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers networking groups to ensure the most valuable execution of one of MEMA’s core member benefits.

In her consultancy business, Pase’s expertise lies in navigating industry trends, formulating strategies, increasing customer engagement, and advancing the overall landscape of the automotive aftermarket and original equipment sectors. Her career also includes senior leadership roles at ZF Group and Tenneco, Inc.

At ZF Group, she led the North America Aftermarket commercial vehicle business, while at Tenneco she held various leadership positions across both aftermarket and original equipment segments. Pase also served as Vice President of what was then the Global Fiat Chrysler Automotive Business Unit and as Executive Director, Customer Experience in the Aftermarket.

Pase earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Lourdes University, supplemented by executive education courses from prestigious institutions including Harvard Business School, Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. She has also completed the Leadership 2.0 program at the University of the Aftermarket and received the Northwood University Automotive Aftermarket Education Award.
