The spray wash cabinet features 19 high-pressure spray jets that quickly clean parts of any automotive repairs
Greenfield, Ind.—Atlas Automotive Equipment has introduced its new Atlas Spray Wash Cabinet for cleaning automotive parts.
The new spray wash cabinet features 19 high-pressure spray jets that quickly clean parts of any automotive repairs. It has a 50-gallon capacity tank and requires only hot water and biodegradable detergents for an environmentally friendly operation, rather than harmful solvents. A stainless-steel skimming disc, that comes standard, extends the life of the cleaning solution.
“Our new spray wash cabinet is user-friendly and efficient for getting the job done,” said Mike Israel, brand manager, Atlas Equipment. “Automotive professionals will be able to perform two to three jobs at a time while using this machine.”
The spray wash cabinet features simple operating controls, stainless steel nozzles, a large 43-gpm pump and a gasket-free door. A heavy-duty, 12-gauge steel cabinet coated on the exterior with an industrial two-step primer with a polyurethane finish provides strength and durability for years of protection. The cabinet’s 1,000 lb. capacity turntable is strong enough for any size auto or light truck engine, and an octagonal, full-opening door allows the operator easy access for enhanced loading capabilities.
The cabinet has a 60-minute timer with automatic shut-off that allows it to be left unsupervised, so automotive professionals can attend to other jobs while the washer is running. Within seconds of unloading, the parts are clean and dry.
