Louisville, Ky.—Registration is now open for the Challenger Lifts Service School. Scheduled for Nov. 19-20 in Louisville, Kentucky, Service School is a two-day, hands-on training event designed to help Challenger Lifts authorized installers and service technicians deepen their expertise and boost revenue.
“As the lift industry changes with new products and installation regulations, this is a great opportunity for any service company to brush up on technician knowledge,” said Trevor Coleman, national sales manager for Challenger Lifts. “Service School gives our installers and technicians direct access to our factory specialists, so they leave with practical, hands-on skills they can put to work right away.”
Service School delivers factory-led instruction taught directly by Challenger Lifts technical service specialists. Attendees will train on installation and service procedures for two-post lifts, four-post lifts, in-ground lifts and other Challenger Lifts equipment, gaining OEM-approved skills.
In addition to introducing new and upcoming Challenger Lifts products, the training will cover proper installation procedures through actual hands-on practice, servicing techniques designed to help technicians avoid return calls, lift inspections and warranty policy and procedures.
“The Challenger Lifts Service School helps installers and service companies stay competitive in a rapidly evolving industry, offers OEM-approved instruction trusted by professionals and gets technicians up to speed on new products and current installation requirements,” said Coleman. “Seats are limited, so we encourage installers and service companies to register early to secure a spot.”
Only customers who are Challenger Lifts distributors who are set up and have accounts already can attend Service School.
