The survey offers repair shop owners and managers a confidential way to share their feedback on business operations and practices from the past year. The collected responses will be analyzed and compiled into a comprehensive report, highlighting benchmarks and trends, aiming to provide clarity and valuable insights for shop owners, fleet managers, key stakeholders, and others.
“Each year, our industry partners and community rely on us to develop and distribute our insights through our Heavy-Duty Repair Report to help them run their businesses more effectively,” said Patrick McKittrick, CEO of Fullbay. “With the launch of our fifth-annual report survey, we’re able to do that. I’m greatly looking forward to compiling and sharing the trends and benchmarks for the coming year.”
Respondents who take the survey will be entered for a chance to win a series of Fullbay prizes including a $100 gift card or a limited-edition Fullbay swag box.
