Fullbay announces keynote speakers for Diesel Connect 2025 conference

Event will feature former U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Keni Thomas, Podcaster Mike Paton, and ATA Chief Economist Bob Costello in Phoenix, May 20-25

Phoenix—Fullbay, the turn-key platform that improves the operational efficiency of heavy-duty repair shops, has announced the lineup of keynote speakers for its 2025 Diesel Connect Conference.

It will feature former U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Keni Thomas; Author, Visionary and Podcaster Mike Paton; and ATA Chief Economist Bob Costello. The conference, which showcases as the commercial repair industry’s premier networking and knowledge-sharing event, will take place May 20-22, 2025, in Phoenix.

Staff Sgt. Keni Thomas

Staff Sgt. Keni Thomas is a retired Army Ranger who was deployed to Mogadishu, Somalia, in the summer of 1993 with his 3rd Ranger Battalion as part of an elite special operations unit called Task Force Ranger. Keni and his fellow rangers became engulfed in an 18-hour firefight that led to 19 American lives lost and 78 wounded in what would become the worst urban combat scene since WWII. The mission has since been recounted in the book and movie “Black Hawk Down.” Keni captivates audiences with personal stories and experiences on the battlefield, preaching the importance of outstanding leadership at every level and motivating audience members to achieve greatness. 

Mike Paton

Mike Paton is a passionate leader who helps individuals run better businesses and live better lives through the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Bob Costello

Costello oversees economic analyses of proposed regulations and legislation affecting the trucking industry, making him the expert to share intuitive economic and industry data for shop owners to make better business decisions following the November election.
