Award-winning company officially launches into Sykesville, Md., marking its first venture beyond Frederick County into Carroll County

Frederick, Md.—Dynamic Automotive of the Frederick County business community is celebrating its 30th anniversary with an expansion. The award-winning company has officially opened its seventh location in Sykesville, Md. marking its first venture beyond Frederick County into Carroll County.

“For 30 years, we’ve been proud to grow right here in Frederick County, building strong relationships with our customers, investing in our team members, and giving back to the community,” said co-founder Jose Bueso. “Expanding into Carroll County is an exciting next chapter, but our heart and home will always be in Frederick.”

Co-founder Lee Forman added, “Opening our seventh location during our 30th anniversary year is truly remarkable, and it wouldn’t be possible without our incredible team. Their dedication and growth have shaped who we are as a company. Seeing them reach personal and professional milestones is a powerful reminder of why we invest in our people.”

The company is involved in the local community, supporting schools, first responders, and nonprofit organizations. Its apprenticeship program has also provided a clear career path for many young professionals in the area.
