Dallas—Dennis Quick Auto Service & Sales, Inc. in Snyder, Texas, has sold to Main Street Auto with over 70 locations. The acquisition closed last month and was led for M&A firm Generational Group.
Owned by Bubba Dennis, Quick Auto was started by his father in 1962 with two employees. Today it has more than 20 employees with a combined technician experience of over 150 years. Quick Auto spans more than 30,000 feet, covering half a city block. The majority of its customers (75 percent) are commercial accounts in the oil field industry.
Based in Atlanta, Ga., Main Street Auto has over 70 locations and has served generations of customers, offering a wide range of services from oil changes and tire replacements to engine repairs.
