Irvine, Calif.—Encore Automotive, Inc. has announced that Daniel Hanson II has joined its team as vice president of sales. Hanson arrives at Encore with more than 21 years as vice president/director at the Hanson Distributing Company, where his primary responsibilities were to direct and manage the operations and sales of its subsidiary HMC Auto Parts Stores.
According to his LinkedIn account, he was responsible overseeing more than 100 in-branch employees and an outside sales force of 10. Hanson has also been active in industry associations, including AWDA and CAWA, where he has served both in numerous capacities. Hanson is also a strong proponent of Right to Repair Legislation.
