CTR America appoints Michael Rukov as Director of Sales North America

Rukov will be responsible for driving sales growth, building a team, and expanding the market share for CTR America

Irvine, Calif.—CTR America has announced the appointment of Michael Rukov as the new Director of Sales for North America. Rukov brings over 15 years of experience in the auto care industry, having previously held leadership roles in sales, marketing, and product management at various major companies across distribution channels.

His resume includes Director of Sales for IMR Inc., Partner; Sr. Account Executive at RepWorks Marketing; Regional Sales Manager for Continental Corporation VDO; and Director of Products and Marketing for One Stop Parts Source. Some of Rukov’s key achievements in the industry include co-founding and growing the Young Auto Care Networking Group (YANG); serving as a chair of the Education Committee and current vice chair of the Marketing and Communication Committee at the Auto Care Association; and as a chair of the CAWA Board of Directors.

In his new role, Rukov will be responsible for driving sales growth, building a team, and expanding the market share for CTR America. He will lead the sales team, work closely with customers and close partners, and develop strategies to build upon the company’s OE heritage.
