Deal includes nine retail store locations and one distribution center in Texas, which will be rebranded as Bumper to Bumper Parts Stores

Cleburne, Texas—4M Parts Warehouse has closed the deal on the acquisition of 10 locations from Auto Plus, which includes nine retail store locations and one distribution center. The new locations will be rebranded as Bumper to Bumper Parts Stores, and will fit the existing footprint of 4M Parts Warehouse, based out of Cleburne, Texas. The acquisition closed on May 31.

“We are excited to bring these new stores into the 4M fold,” said Lanny Martindale, President and CEO of 4M Parts Warehouse. “Most of these locations exist in areas our team already travels through and a few that make perfect sense as the ‘next steps’ in our service area. It came together nicely for our organization and these new locations will only enhance the service we are able to provide to our existing customers and our new ones.”

Three of the stores and the distribution center are in the Dallas area, one location in Fort Worth, one location in Wichita Falls, one in Vernon, and two of the locations extend to Lubbock.

Beyond the new real estate, 4M is also bringing on the 90 plus existing employees, formerly of AutoPlus.

“So much credit to those folks working at these 10 locations. We are delighted to be bringing them on and we know that their expertise, commitment to service, and providing the best possible experience to our customers is paramount,” said Martindale.

The addition of the 10 acquired locations brings the total corporate owned store count of 4M Parts Warehouse to 20, with an additional 57 independent jobber locations all within Texas and Oklahoma. 4M Parts Warehouse will now operate under both the Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper brands.
