Denver—Herzberg Smith & Co have announced a new curriculum of classes, designed to help small and midsize businesses (SMBs) to recover from the Covid-19 crisis.

“Our clients and friends have asked us to offer online courses throughout Summer 2020. Typically, summers have been considered a season to rest and spend time with family and friends – Covid-19 has changed this dynamic,” said Michael Smith, managing partner.

The summer offering will comprise three course types:

  1. QuickStart Courses – Are 30-minute classes that present a general overview of a broad, important topics – giving the participant exposure to the potential-power of the subject. QuickStarts can also be a deep-dive into a single, important issue, empowering the participant with actionable knowledge and tools, to add immediate value in their work.
  2. In-Depth Courses – Are four-hour classes, conducted in one-hour online segments each week. This content begins with scientifically validated high-performance models, examines each critical sub-component, and provides implementation methods and practical tools.
  3. Multi-Day (Deep-Dive) Intensives – Masters-level classes are designed for the industry’s strongest competitors. This content is designed to accelerate already high performance, create superior financial value, and further distinguish the graduates from their industry peers.

All Herzberg Smith & Co courses use proven professional development techniques and powerful implementation materials, which will strengthen each adult-learner now, for the dynamic years ahead, Smith said. “We’ve specifically been asked to prepare unique courses that will help a business owner and their senior leaders to prepare their organizations and teams innovate their future next-norms.”
