Naimat said he is focused on healthy ROI, maintaining production levels, controlling costs, building loyal clientele, and maintaining a positive work culture. His team attributes his success to his strong organizational and leadership skills.
The new I-CAR Gold-certified facility measures over 50,000 square feet and is operated by a team of more than 10 members. Naimat said that he and his team look forward to growing their relationships with CARSTAR’s network of vendors and have expressed interest in participating in the National Auto Body Council’s Recycled Rides program.
