AMRA announces continuation of educational webinar series

There will be five webinars starting in February and running through March; series was originally introduced during the fall as a supplement for its Technical Conferences

Woodridge, Ill.—The Automotive Maintenance and Repair Association (AMRA) has announced the continuation of its webinar series. The webinar series was introduced during the fall as a supplement for their Technical Conferences as a way to continue to support their membership and the industry by providing educational content resulting in a more trusted relationship between the motorist and their repair facility.

“Everyone has to pivot from their normal course of business during the pandemic and we are no different, with the success of the fall webinar series, I am excited to be able to continue them throughout the winter,” said Jeff Cox, AMRA president. AMRA is kicking off their webinar series with a presentation from J.D. Power as they present their 2021 Aftermarket Service Index (ASI). They will lend insight into what it takes to earn the J.D. Power award.

There will be five total webinars that will start in February and will go through March. To learn more about their upcoming webinars, visit www.amra.org and go to the calendar to register. These are free to all AMRA members and to those who would like to learn more about AMRA and the MAP program. To learn more about membership or how to participate in the webinars, email at amra@motorist.org.

In addition, AMRA reports that it is hopeful it will host its Spring Technical Conference in Austin, Texas. More information about the spring meeting will be available in upcoming months.
