Houston—AutoShop Answers has announced the appointment of Eric Twiggs as its new Vice President of Member Services, helping to deliver greater value, resources, education and programs to automotive service professionals.
In his new role, Twiggs will focus on enhancing the member experience, developing new initiatives and programs, and identifying opportunities to better support the evolving needs of the automotive repair industry. His leadership will help AutoShop Answers expand its resources and create new ways for members to connect, learn, and grow their businesses.
“We are extremely excited to have Eric join AutoShop Answers as Vice President of Member Services,” said Todd Hayes. “Eric brings a tremendous amount of experience, energy, and passion for the automotive industry.
