Highline Warren announces planned acquisition of a new distribution hub

The 1.1 million-square-foot Georgia facility will initially operate as a large-scale distribution and operations center

McDonough, Ga.—Highline Warren, a North American vertically integrated distributor of maintenance products, announced on Tuesday the planned acquisition of a new facility in McDonough, Georgia, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen its operational network.

The 1.1 million-square-foot facility will initially operate as a large-scale distribution and operations center, enhancing Highline Warren’s access to East Coast logistics and distribution networks while strengthening its national operating footprint.

This investment is a key step in Highline Warren’s strategy to support growing demand across key markets. The company stated that Georgia’s skilled workforce, infrastructure, and connectivity to global supply chains make it a strong location for this next phase of growth.

The McDonough site will be outfitted with advanced technology and automation to help maintain fill rates, product availability with its ability to deliver to 95% of the U.S. population within two days.

The facility has been designed to support future operational expansion as business needs evolve. Operations are expected to begin in late 2026.
