Castro Valley, Calif.—Driven Auto Care, an independent Bay Area auto repair company, has opened its fifth location in Castro Valley. The new shop opened its doors on April 20 to provide a complete offering of automotive services on all makes and models.
The Castro Valley opening joins existing Driven Auto Care shops in Fremont, San Jose, Campbell, and San Ramon, and brings the company’s footprint to five locations. Driven Auto Care launched in 2023 and has since grown across the East Bay and South Bay.
The Castro Valley shop offers the same amenities available at the company’s other four locations. Customers receive a free “Confidence Inspection” with every service, a no-cost preliminary diagnostic assessment for warning lights or other concerns, and a three-year, 36,000-mile warranty on most repairs.
The shop provides loaner cars and rideshare service, after-hours drop-off and pick up, financing, and digital vehicle inspection reports that include photos of every finding and notes to help customers make educated decisions about their cars.
In three years, the company has completed more than 10,000 repairs across its Bay Area locations and brings a team with more than one hundred years of combined automotive experience to the Castro Valley market.
