Winhere appoints David Rutigliano to vice president of retail sales

Bartlett, Ill.—Winhere Brake Parts, Inc. has announced the appointment of David Rutigliano as Vice President of Retail Sales. Rutigliano joins the executive team with nearly 19 years of specialized experience across the automotive retail, OES, aftermarket, HD, and service chain channels.

Rutigliano most recently served as Vice President of Sales at First Brands Group, LLC, where he successfully led the NAPA sales team. At Winhere, he will be responsible for overseeing retail strategy within the North American market.
