Registration opens for 2026 Women in Auto Care Leadership Conference

Due to last year’s conference reaching full capacity, early registration is strongly encouraged

Bethesda, Md.—Women in Auto Care, a community of the Auto Care Association, has announced that registration is now open for the 2026 Women in Auto Care Leadership Conference, taking place Feb. 17–19, 2026, at The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas. Due to last year’s conference reaching full capacity, early registration is strongly encouraged.

This year’s conference theme, “Fueling the Future,” focuses on preparing women across the automotive industry to lead with confidence, cultivate innovation and drive the industry forward.

Attendees can look forward to three days of connection, collaboration and development, including: 

  • A dedicated networking dinner designed to spark new connections and deepen existing relationships.
  • Thought leaders unpacking the latest industry trends.
  • A workshop and customized version of the TTI Success Insights Assessment with behavioral expert Shari Pheasant;
  • A keynote presentation by Henna Pryor, “Dominating Disruption for Women in Auto Care.”
  • An array of engaging sessions and activities focused on personal and professional development.
  • Exclusive conversations with industry leaders regarding their career journeys and lessons learned.
  • Engaging panel discussions.
  • The community’s annual Live Auction Gala on Wednesday, Feb. 18, in support of the Women in Auto Care scholarship program.

Each year, Women in Auto Care awards hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash scholarships and professional toolkits to young women pursuing careers in the automotive industry. Funds raised through the Live Auction Gala directly support the pipeline of future female technicians, engineers, managers and innovators.

In addition, conference attendees will have the opportunity to opt into a special post-conference activities in Fort Worth, offering a fun and meaningful way to explore the city and continue networking beyond the session schedule.
