“MAHLE Service Solutions combines innovation with real-world validation, delivering equipment that maximizes efficiency and guarantees dependable performance for technicians and shop owners,” said Chris Wright, Managing Director, MAHLE Service Solutions, North America. “Our new systems are the result of intensive collaboration with workshop partners.”
The MAHLE ShopPRO Multi-Use Lift Table (MLT-2000) is specifically designed for demanding maintenance and repair work. Featuring a robust lifting capacity of 2,200 lbs. (1,000 kg) and an air-over-hydraulic system, the equipment delivers safe, efficient, and precise handling for heavy automotive and industrial tasks. Its versatile design supports a wide range of demanding jobs, including engine and transmission removal, battery swaps, subframe work, fuel tank repairs, and more when paired with the appropriate accessories, ensuring maximum functionality and ease of use.
The MAHLE ShopPRO Service Jack Rods provide shops and mobile repair services with a secure solution for vehicle lifting operations. With its lightweight, compact design, the equipment is compatible with most jack models, particularly the proven MAHLE CSJ-3. The jack rod is available in multiple varieties, the most popular being the dual lever model, which allows for quick, pin-free locking that can handle loads of up to 3.5 tons. The ergonomically optimized design makes it ideal for frequent use in both stationary workshops and field service applications, ensuring safety and reliability in demanding work environments.

Complementing the ShopPRO systems, MAHLE presented the FluidPRO Smart Fluid Control Cart (SFC-6), a fully battery-powered solution for optimized fluid management in workshops. The system features six separate 30-liter containers into which technicians can supply and store different engine oils and gearbox lubricants. The FluidPRO Smart Fluid Control Cart is equipped with an online portal that enables shop managers to track oil consumption in real-time and gain valuable insights into fluid usage patterns.
