Since 1986, UAF has provided millions of dollars in scholarships to thousands of students studying for automotive aftermarket careers.

NAPA and University of the Aftermarket combine to address technician shortage with 20 individual scholarships, five are exclusively for women.
Awards include "Best TikTok" and recipients will receive a four-day conference pass with some scholarships including hotel stays.
This collaboration with TechForce is an ongoing effort to mitigate the technician shortage and promote inclusion in the industry.
