Javier Vargas has more than 25 years of collision repair industry experience in insurance claims, MSOs, independent body shops, and director of operations
San Marcos, Calif.—ProColor Collision franchisee Javier Vargas has opened his second ProColor Collision location in less than 18 months. Located at 1895 Diamond Street, the new facility led by Vargas and his business partner, Rafael Romero. It includes I-CAR Gold-certified technicians and dedicated customer service representatives.
Vargas has more than 25 years of experience in the collision repair industry, working in insurance claims, for corporate MSOs, and independent body shops, and from January 2022 to October 2023, as the director of operations for ProColor Collision.
“During my time as an employee of ProColor Collision, I focused on supporting franchisees as they transitioned to the ProColor Collision brand and leveraged the resources and training available to help them grow their businesses,” said Vargas. “I am so confident in the ProColor Collision business model, proven processes and support that instead of taking what I know and opening an independent shop, I committed to growing my own shops with this proven brand. They level the playing field to help me compete with local MSOs and continue to look to the future and evolve their support to help me and my business thrive.”
