NWACA rolls out vehicle donation program for iTAC apprenticeships

Donations will help support the apprenticeship program and shop customers will receive a tax-deductible donation receipt. Here’s how to help.

Lakewood, Wash.—iTAC now has a car donation program that allows shop customers to donate their vehicle to iTAC. Their donation will help support the iTAC apprenticeship program and shop customers will receive a tax-deductible donation receipt.

The Northwest Auto Care Association (NWACA) iTAC apprenticeship program helps create a path of success to enter the automotive trade.

Vehicles do not have to be in running condition and the iTAC donation program is available to shops and people across the country so if shop owners and operators know of someone looking to donate a vehicle, they are encourage to share this opportunity.

“Donors either call into the call center and schedule a donation or scan a QR code and submit a form online to donate a vehicle to ITAC,” says Micah Strom, of Modern Collision Rebuild & Service, and NWACA Collision Chair. “The vehicle will be picked up wherever it is at, it’s that easy.”
