Los Angeles–CARSTAR has announced the opening of CARSTAR First Choice Auto Body, located at 4368 Fountain Avenue, Los Angeles.
It is the first CARSTAR location for owner Edwin Khoshabeh, who has been in the industry his entire professional life and is a third-generation auto body repairer.
“My father had an auto body shop and he taught me how important it is for everyone in the facility to be multi-talented and always be learning,” Khoshabeh said. “Joining CARSTAR gives us access to the learning portal CARSTAR University, connects us with great industry relationships and just the resources so we can continue to grow this business.”
CARSTAR First Choice Auto Body is a 6,500-square-foot facility, outfitted with equipment to provide collision repairs to every make and model. As an I-CAR Gold-certified facility, CARSTAR First Choice Auto Body is a part of the 20 percent of collision repair centers that have completed the certification.

The team at CARSTAR First Choice Auto Body has worked together for years, the newest employee having a tenure of five years. Khoshabeh said the shop looks forward to support its charity of choice, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, as well as continuing to give back to Los Angeles where they can.
