Syncron appoints Osama Solieman as Executive Vice President of Customer Experience

Industry veteran brings nearly two decades of post-sales leadership to accelerate customer value and scale Syncron’s global customer organization

Stockholm, Sweden—Syncron, the global leader in aftermarket lifecycle management software, has announced the appointment of Osama Solieman as Executive Vice President of Customer Experience. Osama will lead Syncron’s post-sales organization, encompassing professional services, technical support, and customer enablement, and report directly to CEO Josh Weiss.

Osama joins Syncron from ETQ, a Hexagon company and global leader in SaaS-based Quality Management Software, where he served as Chief Customer Officer. Over his tenure at ETQ, he held progressive leadership roles including VP of Professional Services and Director of Professional Services, building and scaling post-sales delivery functions across life sciences, manufacturing, and automotive industries. His track record spans global team leadership, sustained improvements in retention and customer satisfaction, and transforming customer functions into strategic growth engines.

Osama holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from the University of Arizona. His appointment is effective immediately.
