MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers announces new board leadership for 2026

Industry leaders from across the global aftermarket join the board as the sector faces rapid transformation

Research Triangle Park, N.C.—MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers has announced new board leadership that brings together seasoned industry experience and a forward-leaning vision for the future of the aftermarket. The new leadership includes:

  • Chair: Eric Steinbecher, president, Vehicle Lifetime Solutions, Americas, Schaeffler Group USA
  • First Vice Chair: Kevin Olsen, president and CEO, Dorman Products

“The aftermarket is innovating at a pace we’ve never seen, and suppliers need strong advocacy and strategic insight to stay ahead,” said Emily Poladian, president, MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers. “These leaders understand both the challenges and the opportunities. Their guidance strengthens our ability to champion suppliers and drive solutions that keep the industry competitive and future-ready.”

MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers also announced its board of directors, including several newly elected members whose expertise spans technology, distribution, heavy-duty, remanufacturing and the fast-evolving global supply chain. The board’s expanded leadership reflects the accelerating changes reshaping the aftermarket, from advanced diagnostics and electrification to consolidation pressures and shifting consumer expectations.

New directors joining the board include:

  • Todd Hertzler, regional president, Mobility Aftermarket, Bosch in North America
  • Selwyn Joffe, president, Chair and CEO, Motorcar Parts of America
  • Pete Stanislawczyk, CEO, East Penn Manufacturing
  • Matt Wolfe, president, Americas, SAF-Holland
