Craig Barnes, Michael Broderick, and Tim Turvey will assist in advancing the company’s delivery performance, operational improvement and growth initiatives
Rochester Hills, Mich.—Aftermarket automotive parts supplier First Brands Group has announced the appointment of three executives as senior advisors to guide long-term performance initiatives across the organization.
Craig Barnes, Michael Broderick, and Tim Turvey will provide strategic guidance across key operational areas as the company navigates its ongoing chapter 11 proceedings.

Barnes, Broderick, and Turvey will partner with First Brands’ leadership team, led by Moore, to advance the company’s delivery performance, operational improvement, and growth initiatives. There are no changes to the existing leadership structure in connection with this announcement.

Michael Broderick
Michael Broderick is an executive with more than three decades of experience executing profitable growth and business transformation strategies in the aftermarket parts and automotive service industry. Most recently, as the president, CEO, and board member of Monro, he oversaw 1,300 automotive service locations and 10,000 employees. Broderick has held several senior leadership roles at Advance Auto Parts, Canadian Tire Corporation, Federal Mogul Corporation, General Parts/CARQUEST, and AutoZone.

Tim Turvey
Tim Turvey is a global executive with more than four decades of experience in the automotive market. Over his 37 year career at General Motors, Turvey last served as GM Global Vice President of Customer Care & Aftersales, overseeing $12 billion in parts sales, product development, service engineering, warehousing, distribution, supply chain, purchasing, logistics, marketing, brand management, accessories, warranty, service, and the GM dealer and independent aftermarket network. Turvey has held extensive leadership roles at GM across North America, China, Japan, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East.
Craig Barnes
Craig Barnes is a retail and aftermarket industry executive with more than two decades of experience. During his time as Chief Operating Officer of Hollywood Feed, he oversaw various operations that included merchandising, supply chain, and real estate across the enterprise. Throughout his career, Barnes has held senior leadership roles at Advance Auto Parts, Fred’s Inc., Delphi Products & Services Solutions, General Parts/CARQUEST, and AutoZone, where he directed large-scale teams, optimized distribution networks, strengthened sourcing strategies, and delivered significant financial and operational improvements.
