The company’s distribution network has expanded to 32 distribution centers across the U.S., Mexico and Canada, including one in Puerto Rico
Springfield, Mo.—O’Reilly Auto Parts recently cut the ribbon on a new, 550,000-square foot distribution center (DC) in Stafford County, Va., that will supply its customers in the Mid-Atlantic region.

As O’Reilly Auto Parts has grown, its distribution network has expanded to 32 distribution centers across the U.S., Mexico and Canada, including one in Puerto Rico. Work is underway on two other O’Reilly DCs: an expansion in Lakeland, Fla., and a new facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

High-tech jobs are part of the new facility, as they’re required to run and service the latest in automation technology, which enables O’Reilly to store smaller parts in a dense grid. Team members input order details, and the system sends them the parts they need.
“We have more than 225 team members on board already, with additional positions to fill,” said C. Jones, Stafford DC manager. “Several of our managers, including me, relocated to the area to lead work in this new facility, advancing our careers alongside the company’s growth. Those promote-from-within opportunities are available to everyone who comes on board, works hard, and dedicates themselves to learning more.”
