The collaboration will improve repair shop efficiency, streamline service order workflows and enable faster, more accurate estimates
Phoenix—Fullbay, the turn-key platform that improves the operational efficiency of heavy-duty repair shops, has announced the integration of Mitchell 1’s ProDemand and TruckSeries TruckLabor module directly into Fullbay’s repair order workflow.
This collaboration will streamline repair shop processes and enable faster, more accurate estimates in one platform.
With the integration, Fullbay customers can connect to Mitchell 1’s ProDemand system, which provides labor estimates, parts, fluids, and maintenance information specifically for automotive and light-duty vehicles. In addition, repair shops can connect to the TruckLabor module in Mitchell 1’s TruckSeries, giving them accurate labor time data for class 4-8 trucks.
“By joining forces and leveraging Mitchell 1’s trusted repair data and labor times, we can streamline a shop’s workflow to produce faster, more accurate estimates and quotes without the need for double entry — saving time, reducing mistakes, improving accuracy and increasing vehicle uptime,” said Patrick McKittrick, CEO of Fullbay.
“We are pleased to expand upon Fullbay’s existing partnerships to bring even greater value to their customers,” said Kristy Coffman, director of Mitchell 1’s Commercial Vehicle Group. “With just a click, users can transfer accurate labor times and parts details directly into a service order — saving time, improving accuracy and enhancing overall efficiency.”
The integration will be available to repair shops with a Fullbay Connect Elite subscription package and a subscription to Mitchell 1 ProDemand or TruckSeries.
