Leesburg, Va.—The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is hosting a free webinar on Tuesday, March 18 at 4:00 p.m. ET entitled “Modern Steering and Suspension.”

In this online webinar, Wes Dickens, technical trainer with MEYLE, will cover technologies in both steering and suspension to give technicians a better understanding of common failures, diagnostics, tips and tricks, and best practices for repair.

The participants in this webinar can expect to learn:

  • Advantages of four link suspension systems
  • Effects of “bump steer” on alignment
  • Best practices for checking suspension systems
  • Proper installation techniques
  • Modern suspension technologies that improve ride quality and safety
  • How electric power steering works and how it compares to hydraulic steering systems
  • Tips on when to replace electric rack and pinions and how they interact with other automotive systems

Participants in this webinar will receive a certificate of attendance for this live session. Allow one week for automatic email delivery of the certificate.
