Tom Amero joins Elite as business performance analyst and certified Elite trainer; Tony Leonardi comes on board as Top Shop 360 business development coach

Rancho Santa Fe, Calif. —Elite has announced that Tom Amero has joined the company as a Business Performance Analyst & Certified Elite Trainer.

As a native of Maine, and along with his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Utah State, Amero joins Elite after many years of being a top customer care representative at Cintas Corporation.

“The reasons for Tom’s success are quite simple: he’s exceptionally bright, he’s customer-centric, and his principles match ours in every way,” said Bob Cooper, president of Elite. It’s for these reasons I am truly honored to be able to work with him, and it’s why I have no doubt that he’s going to help us grow in countless ways, ”

Tony Leonardi is new Top Shop 360 business development coach

Born and raised in Northern California, Leonardi came up through the industry as a technician while earning a college degree at the same time. In addition, he attended numerous industry-specific courses and ultimately built one of the top shops in America, as well as becoming a member of NAPA’s National Auto Care Council.

Leonardi started Leonardi Automotive by taking over a failed shop in 1992, and has grown the four-bay shop and runs the business remotely, which has been on the BBB Honor Roll for the past 20 years.

“For someone as recognized and accomplished as Tony to join our family at Elite, is reason for us to all be proud,” Cooper said. “Over the years I have never met anyone who’s more professional, or dedicated to the industry, than Tony, and for him to select Elite as the pathway for his giving back to the industry, is a compliment I find unlike any other.”
