Technician Survey: Looking to understand technician work experience in collision repair

Participation will support the industry and help I-CAR and Society of Collision Repair Specialists to collectively continue to improve collision technician careers

Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS) and I-CAR developed a survey designed to better understand the experience of collision repair technicians like you (www.collisiontechniciansurvey.com).

This survey is being facilitated by Ducker Carlisle, who has been working on sourcing technician feedback through surveys with automotive OEMs for many years. The severity of the technician shortage has a tremendous impact on the industry. Carlisle is working to help I-CAR and SCRS understand and frame the issues from the technicians’ perspective, to share information that can lead to solutions which create stronger more rewarding value propositions to our skilled technicians.

The input will support the industry and help us collectively continue to improve collision technician careers as we learn how best to support and encourage one of the most valuable resources in our industry.

Please share with technicians and encourage participation before the survey closes on July 31, 2023.
