The most recognized and longest running award competition in the automotive service and repair industry is now in its 30th year
Troy, Mich.—MOTOR Information Systems, a Hearst company and the industry’s leading supplier of automotive data solutions, is now accepting entries for its annual Top 20 Awards, the most recognized and longest running award competition in the automotive service and repair industry. In its 30th year, the Top 20 Awards honor the industry’s most outstanding recent developments.
For many years, MOTOR Magazine’s Top 20 Tools awards recognized the most notable advancements, but only in automotive tools and equipment. In 2020, MOTOR announced its expansion: “MOTOR Top 20 Tools+” awards, which opened the competition to other types of aftermarket solutions, allowing manufacturers and distributors to submit their innovative products for consideration, as well. Last year, MOTOR welcomed any innovation, new process or solution that benefited an industry stakeholder, employee or the community at large. MOTOR is excited to continue this expanded and inclusive “Top 20 Awards” competition for 2022.
All areas of the automotive industry are encouraged to apply. MOTOR is accepting an array of submissions, from virtual classes to process improvements to shop supplies. So too is any other product that improves the efficiency or accessibility within any segment of the ever-changing automotive industry, workplace or community.
The portal for submitting entries is open until June 30. There’s no cost to enter and the process is simple. Later this summer, entries will be judged via an online voting process open to all. After voting closes on Sept. 30, and winners are announced, they will be recognized at AAPEX 2022 in the fall. Visit MOTOR online for more information and to submit your entry.
