Certified Automotive Parts Association elects new board and officers

CAPA’s board of directors represents a cross-section of the aftermarket automotive industry, including distributors, insurers, collision repairers, manufacturers, and quality experts

Kentwood, Mich.—The Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA), an independent non-profit standard-setting and certification organization for automotive crash parts, has announced the election of new members and officers to its board of directors.

Joining the board are Michael Brooks, The Center for Auto Safety, and Jonathan Hart, Farmers Insurance. Jim Gadberry, Nationwide Mutual Insurance, was re-elected to serve another term on the Board and elected Vice Chair.

Gerry Poirier, Vector Squared, was confirmed as chair, having previously served in the role on an interim basis.
