MERA Remanufacturing Conference is next week

The virtual conference, Tuesday and Wednesday, is where members and industry professionals will engage in timely topics and relevant issues

Southfield, Mich.—MERA – The Association for Sustainable Manufacturing, will have its spring conference virtually, Tuesday and Wednesday, March 30-31, where members and industry professionals will engage in timely topics and relevant issues.

Session highlights include:

  • Authorized Reman Programs and Contract Partners: How do these relationships work and what are the differences? MERA members Tim Bauer from Eaton, Mark Rohde from TransAxle, and Mike Muscat from Continental will discuss their programs for producing quality products with trusted partners.
  • Cybersecurity: Do you think your company is adequately protected from a cyber attack? Maybe you are, but maybe you aren’t. Diesel Forward President H.K. Kashanipour and CIO Paul Connolly will share their real-life experience and lessons learned, and Daimon Geopfert from RSM will share tips for keeping your company safe.
  • Core Supplier Spotlight: The spotlight is on Rebuilders Automotive Supply (RAS). CEO Jesse Whiteside and President Bob Grady will invite us inside RAS with a virtual facility tour.
