AAPEX 2021, Nov. 2-4, announces housing and registration details

Housing opens early March; attendee registration in early May; and for exhibitors, the deadline to submit space applications is March 15, to be part of the official Space Drawing to begin in May

Las Vegas—Plans are underway for AAPEX 2021, Tuesday, Nov. 2 through Thursday, Nov. 4, at the Sands Expo and Caesars Forum Conference Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Housing for this year’s event will open in early March and attendees are encouraged to use onPeak, the official housing partner, for lowest rates at conveniently located hotels. In the meantime, attendees and exhibitors may submit their requests for housing using this form.

Online attendee registration will open in early May. Attendees may sign up now to receive notification when registration is available.

For exhibiting companies, the deadline to submit space applications is Monday, March 15, in order to be part of the official Space Drawing that will begin in May. For information and questions, contact Sandi Kulas, CEM, Event Coordinator, Sandra.kulas@aapexshow.com.

To help ensure as safe and productive an event as possible, AAPEX Event Management and AAPEX co-owners — the Auto Care Association and the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA) — will take all appropriate and advisable precautions and measures as advised by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Guidelines for COVID-19.

All attendees and exhibitors will be informed accordingly of any new or updated procedures, plans and details as they are determined, put in place or evolved moving toward the event in November.

AAPEX represents the more than $1 trillion global automotive aftermarket industry and features innovative products, services and technologies, as well as advanced management and technical training for professionals to maintain excellence and take their businesses to the next level.

It will also feature the following:

  • AAPEX 2021 will unveil Repair Shop HQ, which includes a new dedicated tire section
  • Joe’s Garage, a built out shop on the show floor with six bays that simulate a real shop environment
  • Three training theaters
  • An expanded Tool and Equipment section and a Diagnostics area.
  • The Automotive Aftermarket Central showcasing a vast product selection, and this year, will expand into the Caesars Forum Conference Center, which will house some of the many International Pavilions at AAPEX.
  • And will include the popular New Product and New Packaging Showcases, the Technology of Tomorrow section, keynote sessions and special industry award presentations.

Historically, AAPEX features approximately 2,500 exhibiting companies displaying their latest products, services and technologies that keep the world’s 1.3 billion vehicles on the road.

AAPEX buyers include automotive service and repair professionals, auto parts retailers, independent warehouse distributors, program groups, service chains, automotive dealers, fleet buyers and engine builders.

AAPEX is a trade-only event and is closed to the general public.
