Oregon’s Ron Reichen of Precision Body & Paint will discuss emerging challenges in the collision industry
Portland, Ore.—Collision repairers can learn how to better establish customer’s expectations prior to repairs, or if they are looking for advice on what to do when an insurer refuses to pay for the OEM repair procedures (scans, calibrations, etc.), during a Northwest Automotive Trades Association (NATA) webinar, Tuesday, Oct. 13, 11:30 a.m. — 1 p.m.
It will be led by Ron Reichen, an NATA board member, the past chairman of SCRS’s national board of directors, and president of Precision Body & Paint. Ron will discuss emerging challenges in the collision industry.
