Kansas introduces bill to allow newer military surplus vehicle registration

Topeka, Kan.—Legislation (H.B. 2420) has been introduced in Kansas to allow for the registration and on-road use of surplus military vehicles. Currently, only antique military vehicles more than 35 years old can be registered for road use.

H.B. 2420 currently awaits consideration in the House Committee on Transportation.
