SPARK Interactive launches membership subscription application for the auto repair industry

Monthly subscription service enables repair shop owners to enhance their customer’s experience, while creating a more regular and predictable cash flow

Santa Barbara, Calif.—SPARK Interactive has announced the general availability of Repair Shop Subscriptions for repair shop owners to create a multi-tier monthly subscription program for auto care services.

In the NETFLIX economy, consumers claim they are more likely to give a brand their business if the brand provides them a monthly subscription option. According to a recent study, vehicle owners across the country said they would welcome a more convenient way to pay for their regular automotive repair services with an inclusive monthly subscription.

A monthly subscription service enables repair shop owners to enhance their customer’s experience, while creating a more regular and predictable cash flow. And because customers are compelled to visit far more frequently to take advantage of their monthly member benefits, shops predictably see higher monthly revenues.

SPARK Interactive now provides vehicle owners and shop owners with the launch of Repair Shop Subscriptions. The online application gives business owners a no hassle way to offer their clients multi-tier subscription options. In less that 10 minutes a business owner can launch their customized subscription portal. Business owners customize the look with a logo and header images and they define what services are available with each tier. Their portal is pre-loaded with a standard set of easily modifiable tiers and client welcome letters.

The Repair Shop Subscriptions application handles the monthly billing, and shop owners can use the platform completely risk-free with no monthly fees. The cost of the service is recovered as a percentage of the amount charged to the motorist which includes the card processing fees.
