Only the top 5 percent of the 500-plus AAA approved auto repair shops in the region were designated with this rating
Eureka, Calif.—The American Automobile Association, (AAA) recently announced that for the third year in a row Leon’s Car Care Center in Eureka, Calif., has been awarded a Top Shop designation for 2020.
According to Simon Jones, vice president of Automotive Repair Services for AAA Northern California, Nevada, Utah, Montana, Wyoming and Alaska, only the top 5 percent of the 500-plus AAA approved auto repair shops in the region were designated with this rating.
The rating includes measurements of customer satisfaction, facility attractiveness, technician qualifications, AAA tow repair information, social media and community reputation.
General Manager Dale Warmuth said, “To be counted in the top 5 percent of our industry by AAA is very rewarding. We take our pledge to provide the best service and repairs possible very seriously.”
As a AAA approved facility, customers receive a 10 percent discount on labor when they show their AAA card. Leon’s is also a Gold Certified NAPA Auto Care Center as well as an ASE Blue Seal certified auto repair center.
Leon’s Car Care Center was established in 1961 and is a full service auto repair and maintenance center.
