Leesburg, Va.—The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is hosting a free webinar for service technicians on Friday, Oct. 16, at 4 p.m. ET, entitled “Networking Diagnosis – Understanding CAN Bus and LIN Bus Structure for Diagnosis.”

This webinar will cover the physical components that make up Controller Area Network (CAN) and Local Interconnect Network (LIN) bus systems and how that understanding can be used for diagnosis. Josh Madigan, technical instructor for Volkswagen of America, will present on the basic components that make up a networking system and how that knowledge can be used for advanced diagnosis.
