‘Shop4D ShopCast’ will air twice a month and feature conversations with shop owners highlight tips for creating a long-term, sustainable business
Littleton, Colo.—Committed to enabling independent automotive repair shops to run a more efficient and more profitable business, Auto Profit Masters’ Shop4D team has launched a free podcast series titled “Shop4D ShopCast.”
The “Shop4D ShopCast” premiered Oct. 15, with host David Rogers, president of Auto Profit Masters and Shop4D, and shop owner Daris De Groot, owner of D’s Auto & Truck Repair in Michigan. With a focus on helping shop owners find long-term, sustained success, the podcast features conversations with successful shop owners from across the U.S. discussing the challenges and victories they are experiencing in the auto repair industry. The podcast also delivers solutions in shop management, marketing, customer service and more.
“Our first episode tells the story all shop owners fear, how Daris experienced the loss of his long-term service writer and shop manager in the middle of this year,” said Rogers, who Rogers has more than 20 years of experience working in an auto repair shop and counseling other shop owners. “We’re excited to deliver honest conversations about real challenges within the industry by addressing the issues shop owners face every day and sharing solutions for long-term success.”
Designed to help shop owners thrive throughout the pandemic, overcome the technician shortage and take on any obstacles they may face, “Shop4D ShopCast” will air twice a month.
