Gerber Collision to acquire more than 30 Midwest repair centers

The MSO will acquire 35 locations in Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma, expected to be completed in next few weeks

Chicago, Ill.—The Boyd Group Inc. has announced an agreement to acquire Collision Works of Oklahoma, LLC, a multi-store operation consisting of 35 collision repair centers located in Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma. The transaction is expected to be completed within the next few weeks, subject to certain closing conditions being fulfilled.

Collision Works was founded in 1996 by Jacob Nossaman. The company has consistently grown its presence and spans the following areas:

  • Oklahoma – There are 22 shops in Oklahoma. In addition to three shops in Oklahoma City, there are multiple shops in the surrounding metro area including Del City, Shawnee, Moore, Edmond (two locations), Ardmore, Lawton, Norman, Mustang, Bethany, Yukon, Newcastle and El Reno. There are also four locations in Tulsa and one in each of Broken Arrow and Owasso.
  • Kansas – Collision Works has 12 shops concentrated near Wichita and Kansas City. There are seven shops throughout Wichita plus nearby Andover and Derby. The other locations include Junction City, Olathe and Lenexa.
  • Missouri – There is one shop in Grandview, which is near the Kansas City, Kan., locations.
