Collision industry comes together to donate vehicles to those in need

Car presentation to recipients set for Friday, June 4 at the G&C Auto Body in Santa Rosa

Santa Rosa, Calif.—On Friday, June 4, three Sonoma-area residents will be presented three vehicles to provide them independence and the ability to work and take care of their families – thanks to the National Auto Body Council Recycled Rides program along with car donors Allstate, repairer G&C Auto Body and automotive refinish coatings partner PPG. The presentation brings the total number of vehicles donated to the community by G&C Auto Body program to 196.

The presentation will be held at the G&C Auto Body, located at 251 Bellevue Ave., Santa Rosa.

WHO: NABC Recycled Rides program, along with partners:

  • Vehicle donor Allstate
  • Collision repair partner G&C Auto Body
  • PPG
  • Three serving recipients selected by the Crozat Foundation, the philanthropic arm of G&C Auto Body

WHAT: NABC, its insurance partner and collision repair partner will present three vehicles to deserving individuals, including:

  • 2019 Nissan Kicks
  • 2016 Honda Civic
  • 2018 Nissan Sentra

NABC Recycled Rides is a program in which businesses representing all facets of the collision repair industry team up to repair and donate vehicles to individuals and families in need of reliable transportation. Since the inception of the NABC Recycled Rides program in 2007, members of the National Auto Body Council have donated more than 2,600 vehicles valued at more than $36 million.
